About the Journal

The Pan-Amazonian Journal of Health (RPAS) has been published since January 2010 under the responsibility of the Evandro Chagas Institute, a body affiliated with the Department of Health and Environmental Surveillance of the Brazilian Ministry of Health. It is a continuous publication with a single annual volume and aims to contribute to the dissemination of technical and scientific knowledge produced both nationally and internationally. Submissions are accepted in Portuguese, English, and Spanish. The journal is open access, with all articles freely available, and there are no fees for submission, publication, or translation.

The abbreviation of the journal title is Rev. Pan-Amaz. Saude, which should be used in references, footnotes, and bibliographic legends.
